Group Fitness Formats*: 
  • Functional Flexibility –  Release the tension and stress in your muscles and mind. This stretching class works on improving your flexibility and mobility. (All levels)
  • POP Pilates – Total-body, mat-based workout which challenges individuals to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock-solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. (All levels)
  • WERQ Fitness – A wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat.
  • Boot Camp –  Circuit-style class incorporating strength and cardio for one high-impact workout. (All levels)

Group Fitness Options also offered as individual training sessions as well (ask for more info)


Individual Training: 
  • Personal Training** – $75/session or 6 Sessions Package for $375 – Training is customized for you. We’ll meet to discuss your goals and what you want to achieve, and I’ll come up with a plan to get there.
  • Small group training – $30 per person/session – Have a group of friends that want to hang out and get fit together? Then the small group training session is for you. Let’s work and sweat together.
  • Private Training Sessions of Group Fitness Options – Listed above are offered as well (starting at $20). We work through the desired format but on a more personal level, where I can adjust your form and technique as needed.
